Space is limited, especially for Featured Listings, and once the site is full, we won't take more listings. Keeping the space limited creates better long term value for our members and gives the best exposure and marketing value.

How it Works?

1. You Site Must Qualify.

You must have a current retail website that offers essential oils for sale online, or be an essential oil wholesaler, distributor or distiller.

No MLM (network marketing companies) or distributors for MLM's.

No sites offering synthetic fragrances being marketed as essential oils.

Listings stating "organic" or "certified organic" must be able to prove certifications, or they cannot state "organic" or "certified organic" in their general listings on this site.

We reserve the right to disallow a site for any reason that might be unappreciated by our visitors and is not stated here: Annoying pop-ups, slow load time, poor navigation, etc. If you are uncertain whether your site would qualify, please send an inquiry to service @ linkscience.com before purchasing a membership.

(Note: If we sent you an invitation then we have already approved your site.)

2. Select the Appropriate Listing Page.

We will not approve listings for pages that are not the correct category for your business.

Retailers must have at least one essential oil page where packaged essential oils are sold online through a secure shopping cart to the general public. Retailers are either US or International, depending on the location of the company, but not cannot have listings on both retail pages.

Businesses in Wholesale Brands, Bulk Distribution, or Distillers are not required to have published prices due to the nature of their business.

Multiple page listings can be purchased separately, if for instance, you are a retailer who also sells wholesale to other established retailers, or you are a distiller that also distributes bulk oils from other distillers. Listings must be subscribed to separately for each type.

3. Subscribe to Your Select Page Listing.

Listing fees are monthly and are paid through PayPal using a monthly subscription payment. This is the only form of payment we currently accept, but you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make a subscription.

After your payment is confirmed you will receive a link to a PDF file to print and fax with your information.

Select your payment plan below and pay through PayPal. (Please be sure to click the return to merchant button to finalize the transaction.)

You may select the standard Member listing, or for more increased visibility, select the Featured Member listing option. (Featured listings are limited to 10 and when they are full will no longer be available.)

4. What Do You Get?

Your main listings and company summary (3 lines, ~240 characters) on the pages selected, plus:

• a 6-line summary (~480 characters) of your business on your Profile page.
• an image of your website homepage on your Profile page.
• 5 deep links to highlight specific areas of your site (with appropriate keywords) on your Profile page.
• an introductory Discount Code area to encourage visitors to try your products and become your customers!

5. Additional Marketing Opportunities.

Monthly Specials...

Once a month, listed community members, regardless of their category, may post a monthly special to gain extra visibility. Monthly Special details must be submitted by the 15th of each month for the beginning of the next month. Your monthly special MUST change every month in order to keep the site fresh and offers interesting for our essential oil enthusiast visitors.

Additionally, the specials being posted are also sent out to our in-house online subscribers list on the first of each month when they are posted online.

Because of limited space, having a Monthly Specials listing requires a 12-month subscription commitment.

Offer placements are rotated each month to create fair exposure, but Featured listing members do get top placement on the specials page... an incentive to lock in your Featured listing while openings are available.

Newsletter Listing...

Community listing members that have an online newsletter/ezine that is sent out on a monthly or quarterly basis may buy a listing on the Newsletters page to make it easier for visitors to subscribe to the newsletters, and help you to increase the size of your company's online mailing list.

You must use a newsletter delivery system that allows subscribers to fully opt-out at any time.

You must have a published privacy policy that states that you do not sell subscriber information.

Newsletter listings require a 12-month listing period.

Top Sponsor Banners...

Top Sponsor Banners get maximum visibility...

(Note: Banners link directly to your website, whereas Listings link to your Profile.)

There are currently only 5 Top Banner placements available (1 per listing page), once they are locked in by the holder, you must go on a waiting list to get the top spot.

You are required to have a listing on the page where the top banner is selected, in order to keep the category appropriate.

One company may not have 2 top banners. If you have listings on both US Retailers and Wholesale, for example, you must choose one or the other banner, but you may not have both in order to prevent the site from becoming dominated by any one member.

If you do have a top banner on one page, you may have a Side Box Ad on another relevant page, if you have a listing on that page.

Side Box Ads...

Side Ads also get you visibility, but at a shared-space rate.

(Note: Side Box Ads link to your website, whereas Listings link to your Profile.)

There are only 8 Side Box Ad placements available per category page, once they are locked in by the holder, you must go on a waiting list to get a side box ad.

You are required to have a listing on the page where the side box ad is selected, in order to keep the category appropriate.

One company may have 2 side box ads. If you have listings on both US Retailers and Wholesale, for example, you may opt to purchase a side box ad on each page if they are available.
